At Naturalies India LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural products that meet agreed specifications and international standards. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered.

    1. Nature of Products

    Our products are natural, agricultural, and processed goods, including botanical, vegetable, fruit, and spice-based products. Due to their inherent nature:

    • Variations in color, aroma, texture, and particle size may occur
    • Minor deviations within agreed specifications shall not be considered defects

    All transactions are primarily business-to-business (B2B) and governed by agreed commercial terms.

    2. Eligibility for Returns

    Our products are natural, agricultural, and processed goods, including botanical, vegetable, fruit, and spice-based products. Due to their inherent nature:

    • Minor deviations within agreed specifications shall not be considered defects

    All transactions are primarily business-to-business (B2B) and governed by agreed commercial terms.

    3. Inspection & Claim Timeline

    To ensure timely resolution:

    • Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt
    • Any claim must be raised within 7 days of delivery (domestic) and 15 days (export shipments)

    Claims must include:

    • Photographic/video evidence
    • Batch details and packaging labels
    • Description of the issue

    Failure to notify within the specified timeline may result in rejection of the claim.

    4. Return Authorization Process
    • All returns require prior written approval from Naturalies India LLP
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
    • Return logistics and responsibilities will be determined based on the case and agreed terms
    5. Refund & Replacement Policy

    After verification and approval:

    • Replacement
      • Preferred option where feasible, subject to product availability.
    • Partial Refund
      • Applicable in case of minor quality deviation or partial damage.
    • Full Refund
      • Considered only if:
        • The product is proven to be non-compliant with agreed specifications, and
        • Replacement is not feasible
    6. Financial Terms (CFO Perspective)
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 business days after approval
    • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or mutually agreed method
    • Any bank charges, currency conversion losses, or transaction fees may be deducted
    • In export transactions, adjustments may be made through credit notes or future order adjustments 
    7. Shipping & Risk Responsibility
    • Risk transfer and responsibility for goods shall be governed by agreed Incoterms (latest version)
    • Claims related to transit damage must be supported by:
      • Delivery receipt noting damage
      • Transporter or insurance report
    8. Quality Dispute Resolution

    In case of quality disputes:

    • Both parties may agree to third-party laboratory testing
    • The testing laboratory shall be mutually approved
    • Test results will be considered final and binding
    • Cost of testing shall be borne as mutually agreed or based on outcome
    9. Limitation of Liability

    Naturalies India LLP’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the invoice value of the affected goods.

    We shall not be liable for: 

    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Loss of business, profit, or market reputation
    • Damages arising from improper handling or usage
    10. Force Majeure

    No return or refund obligation shall arise due to delays or issues caused by events beyond control, including: 

    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
    • Supply chain disruptions
    11. Policy Updates

    Naturalies India LLP reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published with a revised effective date.
