    • Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to logistics, regulatory approvals, and unforeseen circumstances
    • Risk transfer, shipping terms, and responsibilities shall be governed by agreed Incoterms (latest version)
    7. Quality & Inspection
    • Products are supplied as per agreed specifications and internal quality standards
    • Buyers are responsible for conducting inspection upon receipt of goods
    • Any claims related to quality, quantity, or damage must be reported within [7–15 days] of delivery
